Honolulu Helicopter Tours invites you to join our team as a Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in providing outstanding service for unforgettable helicopter flights over Honolulu.

• Answer incoming calls from customers interested in booking helicopter flights.
• Utilize our online booking software to schedule and manage flight bookings.
• Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Drive a golf cart on the airport tarmac to transport customers to and from the helicopters.
• Perform preflight safety briefings to customers, ensuring their comfort and security.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer lounge to create a welcoming environment.

• Must currently reside in Hawaii.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and comfortable driving a golf cart.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to varying schedules.

• $18‑20 per hour plus commission for each booking made.
• Flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.
