Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Weekend Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional service to our customers, and assisting in the coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Customer Service Managers with daily operational tasks.
  • Provide support to the Front Office team as needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate customer requests, deliveries, and issue resolution.
  • Assist the Production with customer-related needs.
  • Perform general front-office duties and maintain accurate customer communications.
  • Facilitate a smooth and efficient workflow between departments.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible and available to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands
  • Primary work in an office/production environment.
  • Ability to move within the workspace, sit for extended periods, and respond to verbal and written cues.
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office and production equipment.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Work Schedule
  • Full Time Hours.
  • Required to work during weekends and/or holidays, 2 days off on the weekdays.
  • On-call availability after business hours.

  • Office/desk-based role.
