Position SummaryResponsible for providing a variety of teller functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, teller checks, money orders, and cash advances. Assists with branch member service and new account opening. Performs complex teller functions, balances daily transactions, verifies cash totals, and handles assigned back office duties. Ensures members are served promptly and professionally, maintaining adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications/Experience- Related customer service experience.
- Basic understanding of credit union operations.
- Basic understanding of member services and products.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
- Good math and typing skills.
- Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment, including adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone.
- Minimum: $17.35/hr ($36,096/yr)
- Maximum: $24.29/hr ($50,535/yr)
