We are looking for a professional who is looking for the opportunity to get their hands into everything creative. The successful candidate must be an artist who is a fountain of creative ideas and at the same time, understand demands of promoting a product or service in the marketplace. This is a production-focused position in the OLISC Studios department of an integrated marketing, advertising and communications firm.

• has a minimum of three years of full time work as a designer in a studio or agency
• has a proven track‑record of independent projects and can also work with other creative types
• has an abundance of talent but is not a "primadona"
• thrives on deadlines, uncertainty and the unknown
• has an insatiable curiosity about everything
• is an excellent communicator
• is detail‑oriented, period!
• knows how to work with people, projects, and budgets
• is a college graduate in Graphic Design, Media Arts or other related field of study
• is knowledgeable about lighting, photography and videography
• is proficient with the following software:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) at "expert" levels
  • Premiere, After Effects, Maya, or ZBrush a plus

This is a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. The ideal candidate is a positive person who is open to learning new things and is passionate about his/her work.

• The screening process includes interviews, writing and math tests, reference checks and a background check. If hired, you will be in good company as your colleagues have all gone through the same screening process.
