We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 years of experience in a creative/communications agency or equivalent in-house environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is a must, accompanied by an extensive portfolio showcasing diverse print and digital projects across various industries. Strong typography skills, an understanding of branding principles, and creative problem‑solving abilities are essential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability, collaboration skills, and meticulous attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities include developing strategic creative solutions for print and digital mediums, overseeing the entire design process, collaborating with colleagues, and assisting/managing photoshoots and video productions. Qualifications
  • Experience
    : 6+ years experience at a creative/communications agency or equivalent in-house environment
  • Education
    :
    Bachelors degree in design or related field (technical training in design may qualify)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
    :
    Mastery of design software including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for creating high‑quality print and digital assets.
  • Extensive Portfolio
    :
    Demonstrated experience showcasing a diverse portfolio of print and digital projects across various industries and platforms.
  • Strong Typography Skills
    :
    Ability to create visually appealing and legible typography layouts for print and digital media, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Understanding of Branding Principles
    :
    Knowledge of branding guidelines and ability to maintain brand consistency across print and digital materials.
  • Creative Problem‑Solving
    :
    Proven track record of creatively solving design challenges while meeting client objectives and project requirements.
  • Knowledge and proficiency with AI‑powered tools
    :
    Understanding of tools used for image creation, video production, copy development, and project or workflow management, with the ability to apply these tools thoughtfully to enhance efficiency, creativity, and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in visual communication strategy and execution
    :
    Able to distill complex ideas, narratives, and information into clear, compelling, and audience‑appropriate visual solutions.
  • Adaptability

    Ability to adapt design styles and techniques to suit different audiences, project scopes, and delivery formats.
