Job Description

Locally established construction firm doing business on all islands. We are general contractors who specialize in remediation, tenant improvement, and commercial/ residential renovations.

Needed: estimator with 10+ years experience and backgrounds in commercial, multi-family, mixed use, and single family residential construction; must know building process from ground up. Credible knowledge of cost analysis for litigation and experience as an expert witness important.

Skills required, technical:

• Proficient in computing with Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Interpretation of project scope, detail callout, job plans
• Contract/ agreement generation (AIA etc.)
• Computation of costs (calculation of tax, markup etc.)
