- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support learning through play-based, hands-on activities
- Build strong, consistent relationships with children and families

- Reliably work your scheduled days and hours to support classroom continuity
- Teacher Aides: $17–$18.50/hr
- Teachers (once qualified): $19–$25/hr
- Plus: $500 Sign-On Bonus

- CDA or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field
- 6–12 months of relevant experience
- High school diploma
- Infant/Toddler training
- 12–24 months experience with children under 36 months
- No experience required
- Training provided
- Full-time positions available
- Monday–Friday schedules (no evenings or weekends)
- Consistent attendance and ability to work your full assigned schedule is essential
