Business Analyst - Hybrid

• TEKsystems is looking for a local Business Analyst with System Implementation and Configuration experience, to help support one of the local companies in beautiful Honolulu, Hi. • Job Description : *
• Business Analysis Planning & Management :
  Plan business analysis approach, conduct stakeholder analysis, plan business analysis activities, plan business analysis communication, plan requirements management process, manage business analysis performance
• Requirements Elicitation :
  Prepare for elicitation, conduct elicitation activity, document elicitation results, confirm elicitation results
• Requirements Management & Communication :
  Manage solution scope and requirements, manage traceability, maintain requirements for re-use, prepare requirements package, communicate requirements
• Enterprise Analysis :
  Define business need, assess capability gaps, determine solution approach, define solution scope, define business case
• Requirements Analysis :
  Prioritize requirements, organize requirements, specify and model requirements, define assumptions and constraints, verify requirements, validate requirements
• Solution Assessment & Validation :
  Assess proposed solution, allocate requirements, assess organizational readiness, define transition requirements, validate solution, evaluate solution performance
• Skills & Qualifications : *

  Generating new ideas to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and assist / collaborate with others to make better decisions.
• Organization and planning skills :
  Organize and develop plans, timelines, teams, and resources into scope, time, and budgets

• Facilitation and Negotiation :
  Facilitate interactions between stakeholders in order to help them resolve disagreements regarding the priority and nature of requirements

• Oral Communication :
  Express ideas in ways that are appropriate for the target audience
• Problem Solving :
  Defining and solving problems in order to ensure that the real, underlying problem is understood and that solutions actually address that problem

  Document elicitation results, requirements, and other information for which medium-to-long term records are required
• Qualifications : *
• Experience with development and or technical design
• Ability to create technical requirements, support system configurations and implementation
• Experienced in the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodologies
• More than 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, gathering requirements, testing, documenting, meeting with clients.
