Coordinate all upcoming projects with the Director of Property Operations and contractors. Administer construction contracts, service agreements, and bid letters. Compose correspondence, purchase requisitions and reports. Distribute mail, photocopies, faxes, documents and maintain files. Synergy management and dispatching service calls to front of house and back of house mechanics.

The Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Minimum one year of experience in administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Hotel experience is highly preferred

Shift Pattern
:
Monday to Friday AM shift

Hourly Wage
: $24
