As an Associate Director, Inside Sales, you will provide dynamic leadership and strategic direction to multiple sales teams, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to multiple inside sales teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans that align with organizational goals.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.
• Analyze market trends and sales metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems and sales tools across teams.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development programs to build a high-performing sales force.
• Resolve complex sales and customer issues.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and glasses service teams to drive sales initiatives.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior leadership.
