First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join the Institutional Advisory Services Division. The Senior Service Representative supports front line officers through various administrative and operational activities. Initiates and coordinates the fulfillment of internal WMG service requests to meet customer needs in IASD various business lines.

Compensation

The hourly salary range for this role is $22.25- $27.75/hr; commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary)

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Work experience in financial services (wealth management, trust, banking, brokerage house) preferred.
  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with individuals and in a group setting.
  • Ability to draft and edit reports or correspondence in proper form.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, establish and maintain priorities and work under time constraints with interruptions.
  • Ability to assimilate and understand information.
  • Ability to manage detailed information with accuracy.
  • Ability to use judgment and discretion regarding confidential information is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is critical.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of or interest in improving multi-tasking skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
