SAIC is seeking a Business Analyst located in Camp Smith, HI to support the INDOPACOM Joint Exercise Program (JEP) within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Pearl City, HI area.

• Support the INDOPACOM J7 Budget Team with collecting and tracking relevant data
• Support the team by assisting with tracking contract labor and travel requirements, Official Representation Funds (ORF), NAVFAC Supply & other funding program requirements
• Track of processed requirements and reconciliations/status of funds for all assigned accounts/programs
• Assist the team with processing financial forms for contract approvals through USINDOPACOM
• Generate reports from financial systems to include the SMARTS program
• Support the creation of financial funding documents within SABRS for MIPRS or other documents per request
• Assist the government with Defense Travel System (DTS) processing documents prior to traveler creating a travel authorization/voucher

• Required
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  Bachelors and three (3)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in a client interaction context
• Ability to work independently and within a team with excellent time management and reporting skills
• Demonstrated competency in communications (written and oral), organization, and MS EXCEL
• Experience with entry level accounting or finance

• Must have an active Secret Clearance

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
