Description We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational and technical skills, capable of managing a variety of administrative and marketing-related tasks. As part of a long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the team.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize Google Sheets to manage and track data effectively, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

- Create and implement print and online marketing strategies to promote the property.

- Follow up daily on guest cards to maintain communication and build relationships.

- Participate in outreach marketing efforts, including distributing flyers and advertising materials.

- Facilitate move-in processes, which include conducting tours, setting up mini-model units, and assisting with lease signings.

- Verify application details to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- Conduct marketing surveys, analyze competitor data, and prepare comprehensive marketing reports.

- Perform all business transactions in adherence to company policies and applicable federal and state laws, including Fair Housing and ADA regulations.

- Provide exceptional administrative support by answering inquiries, managing multi-line phone systems, and assisting visitors.

- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support overall operations. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or related roles.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong customer service and receptionist skills, including handling multi-line phone systems.

- Ability to assist with marketing activities and outreach efforts.

- Knowledge of leasing and application verification processes.

- Familiarity with fair housing laws, ADA regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Capable of conducting competitor research and preparing detailed reports. Talent Match®
