Location: Honolulu, OH (Onsite)
Pay: $80,000 to $90,000/year
Experience: 3 years of legal experience to support attorneys with preparing and processing complex legal documents and pleadings for electronic filing in state and federal courts.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's Degree or Legal Secretary Certificate preferred.

Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm
Employers Options is seeking a Litigation Secretary to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description- Mailing/arranging for delivery of legal correspondence.
- Screening and routing calls, court docket and calendar management, including appointment scheduling.
- Providing administrative support with photocopies of correspondence, document scanning, and organizing/maintaining case files/documents.
- Managing expense reporting and time entry.
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), firm uses iManage, and have knowledge of federal and state court rules and e-filing procedures.
- Effective communication skills with correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Calendaring experience with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
