Sales Coordinator (Honolulu, HI) - Job Description

Salary: $20/Hr~$25/Hr Depends on your experience

Key Responsibilities

Sales Office & Administrative Support
  • Support daily administrative tasks and improve office procedures as needed
  • Maintain mailing lists, logs, checklists, and coordinate seasonal mailings
  • Manage and maintain sales coverage databases and related records
  • Ensure internal standards and compliance-related tasks are followed
Merchant Support & Coordination
  • Provide support to merchants and cardholders by helping resolve acceptance or payment-related issues
  • Conduct tests and assist with operational troubleshooting when needed
  • Coordinate with merchant processing service providers and POS vendors for programming or technical issues
  • Visit merchants as needed for maintenance and support
Test Card & Materials Management
  • Oversee test card operations and reconciliation
  • Support planning efforts to increase testing activities under management supervision
  • Procure and manage inventory of logo items, office supplies, and marketing materials
  • Work with vendors to obtain multiple quotes and support vendor selection
Additional Support
  • Assist the sales and marketing team with research and updates to merchant lists using guidebooks, magazines, and online resources
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 45 WPM preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • Ability to research and gather information efficiently
  • Understanding of Japanese business culture is a plus
Work Environment
  • Office-based role in a professional business setting
  • Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs may be required
