Job Details

  • Job Location: Ward/Kakaako
  • Compensation: $24/hour
  • Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Full Time
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations:
    • Greet residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of notices, newsletters, and other communication materials.
    • Update and maintain resident records and databases.
    • Assist with document filing, photocopying, and general clerical tasks.
  • Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between residents, property management, and external vendors.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to resident inquiries and concerns.
    • Communicate relevant information to residents through various channels.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist in the coordination of community events and meetings.
    • Help prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials as needed.
  • Maintenance Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the maintenance team to address and resolve resident maintenance requests.
    • Keep track of maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
