Duration: 6-month contract, possibility of permanent
- Proactively assists Broker in most aspects of policy management, proposal preparation, and presentation creation to better serve clients.
- Performs basic to more complex clerical functions, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, scanning, word processing, and filing to assist Broker.
- Prepares and issues invoices to clients, identifies and resolves billing issues to ensure accurate records are delivered to clients and maintained internally.
- Provides assistance to Brokers regarding coverage questions and program adjustments to maintain policies and ensure policies are up-to-date.
- Builds and maintains ongoing relationships with small clients and team colleagues to deliver services both internally and in some cases, externally.
- Provides assistance to Broker regarding coverage questions and program adjustments.
- May demonstrate the ability to enter new bonds, upload documents, client demographics, process renewals, etc., under some supervision.
