Client Service Specialist
LocationHonolulu, HI
Pay$60,000 to $75,000/yearly
Experience- 0–4 years of experience in client service, financial services, or a professional services environment
- Experience with investments and financial planning strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
- Series 65 and/or FPQP certification a plus (or willingness to pursue)

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description- Prepare and update client meeting agendas and materials (investment reports, planning summaries, Asset Map, etc.)
- Capture, organize, and maintain advisor meeting notes; create follow-up tasks and workflows
- Partner with advisors to deliver proactive, timely, and accurate client service
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries; respond promptly, professionally, and with warmth
- Proactively reach out to clients to gather information, clarify requests, and resolve issues
- Ensure a seamless, positive client experience across all interactions
- Manage calendars, contacts, correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Provide administrative and operational support in alignment with CMR standards
- Maintain organized, compliant client and office files
- Prepare, quality-check, and submit client paperwork using electronic signature platforms; manage outbound mail as needed
- Support client events, communications, and marketing initiatives (newsletters, social media, etc.)
- Assist with special projects and provide backup support to leadership as needed
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Experience with CRM systems
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Knowledge of broker-dealer and investment advisory regulations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced, evolving environment
