Position:
Full-time, Account Analysis Assistant

Location:
Honolulu

Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $21.00 per hour

The Account Analysis Assistant is a reliable and detail-oriented individual who will support daily account analysis and operational tasks in a professional office environment. This role assists with data entry, billing, imaging, and general administrative functions that support accurate financial processing and account maintenance. The ideal candidate has strong basic computer skills, a high level of accuracy, and an interest in analytical or financial operations.

Job Duties:
  • Assist with daily account analysis activities, including data input, billing, and document imaging
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Support billing processes and verify information for accuracy and completeness
  • Scan, index, and image documents according to established procedures
  • Utilize standard office equipment and computer systems to complete tasks efficiently
  • Assist with general office and administrative support as needed
  • Follow established procedures and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate work

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic office and computer skills required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Analytical mindset preferred
