Role OverviewThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Honolulu, HI, with the opportunity to work remotely on certain days. The Administrative Assistant will manage a range of office and administrative tasks, including scheduling, handling correspondence, maintaining office organization, and providing executive support. This role will involve managing phone communications, clerical duties, and assisting with documentation and records management to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, organization, and high-level administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in common office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar.
- Familiarity with a legal office or professional services environment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
