About the JobOur Japanese Platform is looking for talented people for our Honolulu, Hawaii office to welcome and assist clients visiting Hawaii, provide administrative support, and office facility management.
PrimaryRoles and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the facility operations of our Honolulu, Hawaii office
- Providing administrative support to our teams in Monrovia, California and Honolulu, Hawaii
- Providing event support for company events held in Honolulu, Hawaii, with an occasional event occurring on a weekend
- Extending a warm and welcoming reception to clients visiting Hawaii, offering attentive service and support throughout their visit
- Providing transportation for clients/business relationships by picking them up from their hotel and driving them to our office, local destinations, etc.
- Providing marketing support for the Japanese Platform
- Travel 2-3 times a year to our Monrovia, California office for training, corporate events, and meetings
- Bilingual in Japanese with native-level proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing, along with ability to communicate effectively in English at a professional business level
- Strong team player who is proactive, collaborative, and willing to step in where needed, committed to the success of the entire team
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about helping and caring for others
- Flexibility, integrity, and a positive attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- Computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to working independently
- Experience in hospitality or concierge services is desirable
- Safe driving record, comfortable driving clients/business relationships as needed
