Responsibilities- Providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Auditing daily sales reports and payments, and verifying bank deposits and credit card payments.
- Entering financial transactions into the general ledger, sales audit module, and Excel files.
- Researching and resolving discrepancies, and reconciling accounts receivable accounts.
- Preparing reports and financial summaries as needed.
