Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk III to support the finance team with accurate and timely vendor payments and account reconciliation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and code vendor invoices with accuracy using accounting systems
• Prepare and schedule payments (checks, ACH, wires) while ensuring compliance with payment terms
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice or purchase order discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and coordinate with internal teams
• Process employee expense reports and maintain AP documentation
• Support audits and assist with process improvements

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or finance support
• Strong 10-key data entry and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems preferred
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
