We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance Department. This role is integral to the firm’s financial operations and offers an excellent opportunity for উপল someone who wants to continue developing their accounting career within a professional services environment.

• Capri manages accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Process client invoices and billings in accordance with firm policies and client guidelines
• Reconcile bank accounts, trust accounts, and general ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits and tax filings
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support informed decision-making
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and efficiency
• Evaluate accounting procedures and recommend process improvements
• Support the Finance Department with special projects and initiatives as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple Beratung and meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
• A sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative

• General office environment with minimal safety hazards
• Role requires sustained focus and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds and retrieve items from shelving as needed
