Key Responsibilities- Invoice Processing:
Receive, review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system. - Payment Management:
Prepare and schedule payments (checks, electronic transfers) to ensure timely disbursement. - Reconciliation:
Reconcile vendor statements, compare system reports to balances, and investigate discrepancies. - Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate vendor files, historical records, and supporting documentation for audits. - Vendor Communication:
Address vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues. - Compliance:
Ensure all payments and processes adhere to company policies and financial regulations.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
