We are seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director of Estates to lead the strategic and operational delivery of estates services. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape the future of our estate portfolio, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership across all estates functions, ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational requirements. Lead the development and delivery of estates services aligned to organisational strategy and business plans. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, embedding innovation and service excellence. Manage budgets, performance, and governance across estates operations. Act as a visible leader, promoting organisational values and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.

Ideal Candidate:
Degree-educated in estates, property, or facilities management (or equivalent senior-level experience). Demonstrated success in leading estates services within healthcare or complex environments. Proven track record of budget management and strategic planning. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Professional membership (e.g., CIOB, RICS, IWFM, IHEEM) desirable.
