Exciting contract options designed around you. We offer multiple contracts to suit your lifestyle:

• Salaried contracts – paid for the duration of your shift.
  Minimum 3 shifts per week, including alternate weekends. Ideal for stability and guaranteed hours.
• Flexible contracts – work around your availability. Great for those needing flexibility.
• Pay‑per‑contact – starting from £13.00 per hour. Enhanced pay for evenings and weekends. Casual, flexible working without fixed hours.
• All carers receive 45p per mile travel allowance on top of their wage — regardless of contract.

You’ll be helping people remain independent in the homes and communities they love, covering Tiverton, Cullompton, Sampford Peverell and nearby villages.

Choose shifts that work for your life. We offer a range of regular, consistent shift patterns, giving you flexibility alongside stability:

• 7:00am – 2:00pm
• 7:00am – 4:00pm
• 4:00pm – 10:00pm
• A variety of shifts is preferred but not essential. Alternate weekend availability is essential, covering at least two shifts per weekend.
