• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests to solve their needs.
• Assist guests and provide excellent guest service to uphold a guest-first culture across the store.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by leadership to achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment for moving merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Perform processes such as price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and ensuring inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking, packing, and delivering pickup orders) while adhering to applicable laws and compliance.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders when required.
• Safely scan, move, and handle merchandise, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Must be able to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
