The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.25 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.25 USD - $25.90 USD per hour.

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs.

Reliable and prompt attendance is necessary. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts at least once every four weeks is required. If you do not work at least one shift within five months, your employment may be terminated.

Advocates of guest experience welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to improve guest experience.
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
• Deliver Easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter‑free work area.
• Support guest services such as order pick‑up, Drive‑up Orders, and returns while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Support Cash Office processes as needed, including cash management.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Enjoy interacting and helping others.
• Thrive in a fast‑moving, highly active and physically demanding role.
• Open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).
• Communicate effectively and use positive language.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail while multi‑tasking.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Accurately handle cash register operations and support cash office operations.
• Unable to lift 44 pounds without assistance is disqualified.
