Overview

We are Reliance Home Health Caregivers, a home health care company that specializes in long‑term, 1‑on‑1 private duty nursing for disabled pediatric and adult patients on g‑tubes, trachs, and vents. We have immediate openings for licensed nurses who want to truly make a difference in their patients’ lives.

We need a nurse to take care of a 15‑year‑old male residing in Homewood, IL 60430, and accompany him to school Monday‑Friday 8am‑4pm.

Provide compassionate, personalized care for a pediatric patient, including assistance with medical equipment, medication administration, and daily living activities. Coordinate care with case managers and schedulers to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.

• Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience as an RN or LPN
• Valid CPR card
• Proof of citizenship or authorization to work in the United States required

• Full‑time
• Part‑time
• Temporary (PRN)

• LPN: $38 per hour
• RN: $47 per hour

• Flexible hours/scheduling for full‑time, part‑time, or PRN shifts (8, 10, 12, or 16 hours with employee choice)

Chicagoland Area, with a current assignment in Homewood, IL 60430.
