Position SummaryWe are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available.
You will also assist our members by helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
- Ensuring club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, offering alternative product options when needed, ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup, and resolving member issues and concerns.
- Maintaining safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
- Assisting members with purchases, payments, and transactions using cash registers.
- Organizing and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds, assisting members with transporting items, and utilizing cart retrieval equipment according to company policies.
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Completing work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners, communicating progress, and adapting to changes.
$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
