Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills is home to Independent residents as well as seniors needing short term or long-term nursing care. The leader of the team has been with the community over 11 years. As an RN Administrator, she brings her skill and passion to be an advocate for both residents and her staff to ensure a caring and rewarding environment.

• Must be an RN with valid license.
• Develop and implement infection control protocol.
• Supervise isolation precautions and practices.
• Plan and implement organized in-service, orientation, and training programs.
• Interpret infection control policies and procedures as necessary.
• Make rounds with physicians as necessary.
• Monitor medication passes and treatments to assure that proper techniques are being followed.
• Provide training and in-service support for nursing assistants in their role functions.
• Must be knowledgeable of federal, state, and company guidelines.
