Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

Additional Compensation: Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front‑end Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and the role may require standing for long periods of time.
