You will process check-ins and check-outs, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle all payments in accordance with hotel requirements. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel, and the ability to communicate well with guests and staff.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
