Requirement/Must Have:

• Ability to perform phlebotomy on pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
• Commitment to company policies, procedures, safety, and guiding principles.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• 1 3 years phlebotomy experience REQUIRED, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• 2 years experience in a Patient Service Center preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment while performing specimen collection and processing.
• Verify patient demographic information and ensure proper labeling of specimens.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Provide support across multiple locations, including Patient Service Centers and in-office phlebotomy sites.
• Travel to Key West and other sites as required, submitting mileage for reimbursement.
• Demonstrate superior customer focus, embrace change, and communicate openly with peers, supervisors, and patients.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and high-volume workflows.
• Strong judgment in decision-making based on established procedures.
• Knowledge of company business operations and everyday excellence principles.

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
