JOB TITLE (#1246): Clinical Social Worker - Health Care Facility Surveyor - Florida

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to support a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. The role involves working in a technically exciting environment supporting internal and external customers nationwide.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Successfully completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
• At least two years of experience serving residents of long-term care facilities
• Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
• Demonstrated decision-making skills to manage the survey process independently
• Ability to set priorities and perform survey tasks independently and collaboratively
• Ability to discuss conflicts openly and seek assistance when needed
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
