• Manage scheduling, intake, and administrative processes with accuracy.
• Handle insurance verification and payments with integrity.
• Manage and Support clinic operations and coordinate with the care team.
• Create a welcoming environment that reflects Physical Therapy Now's mission and values.
• Weekly L10 Meetings with Staff
• Attend all Company & Training Events & Communicate/Roll out to Staff
• Team time tracking & reporting
