Provide customer service to site employees, contractors, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, common spaces, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points and security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and/or badge reader activity, reporting irregularities to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.;
Complete routine reports, incident reports, and shift logs, communicating relevant information during shift turnovers and when escalating issues.
