** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech-focused location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including offices, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points, documenting observations and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by checking credentials as required, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and assisting with visitor management procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed and completing clear, accurate incident reports.

+ Perform routine security-related checks such as observing alarms and/or surveillance systems when assigned, verifying doors and gates are secured, and reporting unusual activity in accordance with post orders.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
