Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, labs, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or hazards.;
Control access by verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests and vendors to the appropriate areas.;
Complete detailed reports for patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
