Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response guidelines as directed.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or service requests in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and notifying site contacts and/or public responders when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, labs, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues.;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verifying credentials and/or visitor authorization while supporting a professional lobby and campus experience.;
Complete required reports such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and patrol findings, using site systems and/or mobile reporting tools as assigned.
