Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused workplace;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and promptly communicating with site leadership and/or Allied Universal management;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas such as offices, lobbies, parking areas, and building perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns;
Control access points by monitoring doors, gates, and visitor entry processes, helping to confirm proper identification and/or authorization in accordance with site procedures;
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, and operate security-related systems such as CCTV monitoring and access control in accordance with post orders
