Security Officer - Parking Garage Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, labs, parking areas, and perimeter points; check doors, gates, and critical areas for unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to site contacts and/or emergency services as required.;
Support access control by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, directing visitors, and documenting guest deliveries and/or service calls per site procedures.;
Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs; relay timely updates during shift turnovers and follow the chain of command for escalations.
