Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and approved security-related procedures.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout office, campus, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, issue temporary credentials when directed, and help to manage visitor check-in and/or delivery routing in accordance with site requirements.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, coordination with site contacts, and requesting medical or law enforcement assistance when needed.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift turnover updates, and communicate relevant observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
