Classroom Assistant

This is a 15 hour per-week, on-site role for a Classroom Assistant at Rockport School, located in Holywood, Northern Ireland. The Classroom Assistant will support teaching staff in delivering engaging and effective learning experiences for students, assist with the preparation and organization of classroom materials, and provide individual or small-group support to children as needed. The role also involves ensuring a safe, caring, and positive environment that fosters students' academic and personal growth.

• Experience in Assistant Teaching and a passion for Education
• Proficiency in Communication and ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and parentsi>

• Empathy, patience, and the ability to nurture a supportive learning environment
• Relevant experience in educational or childcare settings is a plus
• Qualifications in childcare, teaching, or a related field are desirable
