Lifeguard

Overview

The successful Lifeguard will join our Leisure team to help ensure the pool and leisure areas operate safely and efficiently. This is a seasonal position with hours across 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday).

• Work within the Leisure team to ensure the pool and leisure areas operate safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular checks of the pool and the changing areas.
• Be on the lookout for hazards or issues and ensure that these are dealt with.
• Observe swimmers and spectators.
• Check plant and carry out pool water tests regularly.
• Check and record all guest passes.
• Advise guests on current activity programmes.
• Record any accidents and administer first aid, as required.
• Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

• NPLQ qualification is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• A current NPLQ is desirable however not essential.
• A full UK driving license and the ability to drive is advantageous to enable you to get to and from the resort easily.
• Right to Live and work in the UK (as required).

Talacre Beach Resort, Talacre, Flintshire.
