Pay: $50,000 – $80,000 per year (hourly base + performance-based bonuses)

Position Overview

As a Sales BDC Agent
, your primary focus is generating showroom traffic and sales opportunities. This is a phone- and internet-based sales role where success is measured by appointments set, shown, and sold. If you enjoy sales, follow-up, and seeing your effort directly impact your income, this role offers strong earning potential.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales-focused calls
  • Respond promptly to internet leads, texts, and emails related to vehicle sales
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to new and unsold prospects
  • Set, confirm, and re-confirm sales appointments
  • Use proven call scripts and sales processes
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs to drive appointments
  • Accurately document all customer activity in the CRM
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong appointment handoffs
  • Contribute to meeting sales goals for calls, appointments, and show rates
Schedule
  • 8-hour shifts
  • 5 days per week
  • Saturday availability required
What We’re Looking For
  • 1 year of customer service or sales experience (preferred)
  • Call center or automotive sales experience is a plus
  • Confident, professional phone skills
  • Strong follow-up and organizational habits
  • Goal-oriented while remaining team-focused
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving required
