Associate

As an Associate, you will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your contributions will shape the store’s success and support our company’s growth.

• Customer
  
  Experience:
  
  Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Sales & Performance:
  Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and sales target achievement.
• Operational Excellence:
  Participate in daily operations such as inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

• Additional duties and projects as required.

• Experience:
  
  Proven retail or similar experience with a track record of meeting sales targets is preferred.
• Customer‑Centric:
  Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Communication &

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility:

• Tech‑Savvy:
  Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Weekly availability including a mix of mornings, days, and nights based on business needs.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required.
• Punctuality and regular attendance in line with company policies.
• Clear spoken English for effective customer communication.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English for business tasks and sales reports.

• Prolonged standing (~4–14 hours per day).
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock merchandise.
• Climbing ladders or stairs to stock or acquire merchandise.
• Lifting items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly; heavier weights may be required in some circumstances.
• Good vision, including color differentiation.
• Moderately noisy retail environment.

Store Associate pay range: $15.00 – $15.50 per hour. Eligible for the company 401K plan.
