Description:
As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you will provide the planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
You will develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
You will communicate changes in patients' clinical conditions with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and co-workers as appropriate.
You will participate in the discharge planning process.
This position will involve working with both adult and pediatric patient populations.
Common diagnoses and treatments include schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and anxiety.
You will be part of a team that focuses on providing quality care to a diverse patient population.
Must have graduated from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
