With the opening of a brand-new inpatient floor and multiple specialized units, we are seeking 8 dedicated Registered Nurses to join our permanent team.

• Specialized Units
  :
  Gain experience in our newly renovated Adolescent Behavioral Health Unit, Adult Inpatient Psychiatry, or our specialized Dual Diagnosis units.
• Comprehensive Care
  :
  Support a high-acuity population through inpatient stabilization, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and community-based services like our high-volume methadone treatment program.
• Therapeutic Collaboration
  :
  Work alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team to administer medications, monitor responses, and ensure safe, therapeutic treatment progression.

• The Essentials

  You must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) already licensed in Massachusetts

• Education
  : BSN is required.
• Experience Level

  We are specifically looking for New Graduates or nurses with ~1 year of experience

• Inpatient Psychiatric Services

  Includes a renovated Adolescent Behavioral Health Unit and Adult Inpatient Psychiatry focused on stabilization and treatment progression.
• Dual Diagnosis

  Specialized care for adult patient populations dealing with mental health and substance use recovery.
• Outpatient & Community Services
  :
  High-volume methadone treatment and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) running 5 days per week.
• Recovery Services
  :
  Offers medically-monitored treatment, detox support, and therapy services.
